ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners

ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners from TKO are the same high quality as our other clamps. The difference being the clamp does not wrap all the way around the bar. This allows the clamp to be mounted to a bar with limited or tight clearance like near a roof or windshield. Just like all our clamps they are built to fit roll bars, hand rails, luggage racks, handle bars, bike frames, flag poles and ladders. ZC Fasteners are available to fit bars with OD of 1.25” to 2.25” and every size in between. We can also accommodate those bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.85” on the Can-Am.

Each clamp comes with two rubber liners in 1/16” and 1/8” so each clamp can fit three different sizes. Please reference the sizing chart below when ordering.

Attach Almost Anything

TKO Clamps allow you to attach almost anything to your roll bar. So you can take those items rolling around on the floor and in your back end and hang them up out of the way on your roll bar for easy access. For instance you can put that GPS where you can see it. Mount your phone within easy reach. Great for your Razor, UTV, Jeep, boat or anything with a roll bar, hand rail or luggage rack with tight clearances. When using our rubber liners they will not mar your roll bar and do not require any drilling. Therefore you won’t void your warranty.

No Special Tools Required

No specialty tools are required to install or remove your accessory. An Allen wrench is all that is needed to install and attach your accessory to the clamp.

A Superior Clamp

Like all TKO Clamping Systems products they are machined out of solid 6061 T6 aluminum and use stainless steel screws to reduce corrosion. The ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners are more streamlined than most of our competitors. The bolts are recessed into the clamp unlike those clamps that have wings sticking out of either side. Each fastener fits multiple sizes. Using the same size lug it’s also interchangeable with all our other TKO accessories and parts.
