A Clamp or Fastener for Every Need

At TKO Clamping Systems we have a clamp or fastener for every need. TKO Clamping Systems has designed and patented a modular approach to fastening accessories onto roll bars, handlebars, luggage racks, tubes, ladders or handrails. That include seven types of clamps and fasteners.

Attach Almost Anything

Our clamps/fasteners attach light bars, GoPro cameras, phones, tablets, flashlights, fuel tanks, shovels, tire racks, fire extinguishers, fishing poles, bungee cords or anything else that you want to fasten to your roll bar, brush guard or luggage rack. We even have clamps to attach Starlink Antennas and Cell Phone Boosters to RV ladders.

Starlink Antenna Fasteners

Again, A clamp or fastener for every need. Our 4 options to attach a Starlink Antenna to a flagpole and RV has become one of our most popular products. Check out a YouTube review of our Starlink setup on Shane’s DIY.

They also come in a wide range of sizes from 3/4″ to 3.25″ and are machined from solid 6061 aluminum and anodized black.

Standard Locking Roll Bar Accessory Mount

Roll Bar Accessory Mounts (adjustable clamps) with Security Latch or Roll Bar Anchor Mounts from TKO are built to fit roll bars and luggage racks with OD of .75” to 2.5”. We can also accommodate those roll bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.85” on the Can-Am. Our new smaller size 3/4” clamp may be exactly what you need for that handle bar, luggage rack, bicycle, boat or motorcycle.

Each clamp comes with two rubber liners in 1/16” and 1/8” so each clamp can fit three different sizes of roll bar or luggage rack.

They are available with latches in a Easy Release or a Security versions. If you want to remove that GoPro when you get to the restaurant and reattach when you are ready to go again with no tools, choose the Easy Release version. If you want something attached with a little more security choose the Security version. It comes with a security screw to keep things attached until you want to remove. Simply remove one screw and the clamp can be removed with a flat head screw driver or a coin and takes only a few seconds.

 

 

HD (heavy duty) Double Lug

HD (heavy duty) Double Lug Clamps from TKO are the same high quality heavy duty clamps with the exception of having a lug on both sides of the clamp

allowing two accessories to be mounted on each clamp. Just like the regular HD clamps they are built to fit roll bars,

hand rails, luggage racks, handle bars, bike frames and ladders with OD of 1.5” to 2.25” and every size in between. We can also accommodate those bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.85” on the Can-Am. Our smaller size clamps may be exactly what you need for that handle bar, luggage rack, bicycle, boat or motorcycle.

HD (heavy duty) Clamps from TKO are built to fit roll bars, hand rails, luggage racks, handle bars, bike frames and ladders with OD of 1” to 3.25” and every size in between. We can also accommodate those bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.85” on the Can-Am. Our smaller size clamps may be exactly what you need for that handle bar, luggage rack, bicycle, boat or motorcycle.

Front tightening screws work great when the clamp is up against a ceiling or windshield and you need to tighten the screws from the front.

HD (heavy duty) Back Tightening Single Lug

Back tightening works great when the clamp is attached to some accessory like a box and you need to tighten the screws from the back.

 

ZC Zero Clearance Fasteners

ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners from TKO are our newest item in our long list of clamps and fasteners and are the same high quality as our other clamps. The difference being the clamp does not wrap all the way around the bar. This allows the clamp to be mounted to a bar with limited or tight clearance like near a roof or windshield. Just like all our clamps they are built to fit roll bars, hand rails, luggage racks, handle bars, bike frames, flag poles and ladders. ZC Fasteners are available to fit bars with OD of 1.25” to 2.25” and every size

in between. We can also accommodate those bars with less common sizes, for example the 1.85” on the Can-Am.

Easy Release Two Clamp

Our Easy Release Two Clamp set up is great when attaching heavier items like a fire extinguisher that you want to be strongly attached but release quickly and easily when needed like in a fire.

 

TKO Clamping Systems products they are machined out of solid 6061 T6 aluminum and use stainless steel screws to reduce corrosion. The ZC (Zero Clearance) Fasteners are more streamlined than most of our competitors. The bolts are recessed into the clamp unlike those clamps that have wings sticking out of either side. Each fastener fits multiple sizes. Using the same size lug it’s also interchangeable with all our other TKO accessories and parts.
